The price includes: Rent house, water, electricity, heating, bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, internet, taxes and VAT, final cleaning. The minimum stay is different according to the period. As a rule, this is 3 nights, sometimes 4, 5 or 6 nights. For certain periods during the low season or when available between other reservations, we might exceptionally offer accommodation for 2 nights. The nights from Monday to Thursday have a lower price than Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. We guarantee that you always get the lowest price through our website.

Pets are welcome (surcharge 25 euros per pet per stay).

Till 30 days before arrival : no fee. From 30 days before arrival 50%. From 14 days before arrival 100 %.
